Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant client history and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Provide therapeutic support through individual counseling sessions, utilizing a range of treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, or solution-focused approaches.
• Set specific therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and evaluate their progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as needed.
• Offer teletherapy options to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions or require flexibility due to transportation or accommodation issues.
• Ensure all client records and documentation are accurate and up to date, adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in the mental health field and contribute to team discussions on latest evidence-based therapies.

Qualifications

• A valid and active state license as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• An empathetic and non-judgmental demeanor combined with excellent interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applicants from various backgrounds, experience in outpatient therapy environments and familiarity with telehealth platforms are highly valued. Additional certifications, particularly in trauma-informed care or specialized therapeutic techniques such as EMDR or DBT, would be advantageous in enhancing our therapeutic offerings.

Compensation and Benefits
