What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Resin Technician, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Resin Technician, you need a solid understanding of chemistry, materials handling, and safety procedures, often supported by a relevant technical diploma or experience in manufacturing. Familiarity with resin mixing equipment, vacuum systems, and quality control tools is essential, along with certifications in hazardous materials handling when required. These skills ensure safe, precise production of resin-based products and contribute to consistent quality and workplace safety.

What are some common challenges resin artists face when working on large-scale projects?

Resin artists working on large-scale projects often encounter challenges such as managing the curing time, preventing air bubbles, and ensuring an even finish across a wide surface.
