What is a resin worker?

Resin workers are professionals who handle, process, and sometimes manufacture resin materials for various industries such as art, construction, and manufacturing. Their tasks can include mixing, casting, molding, and curing resin to create finished products or components. Resin workers must follow safety protocols, measure materials accurately, and often operate specialized equipment. The role may also involve quality control and troubleshooting issues during the production process.

What are some common challenges resin artists face when working on large-scale projects?

Resin artists working on large-scale projects often encounter challenges such as managing the curing time, preventing air bubbles, and ensuring an even finish across a wide surface. These projects may require more precise environmental controls to avoid dust and temperature fluctuations, which can affect the resin's clarity and durability. Additionally, collaborating with clients or teams for custom installations often involves clear communication and project management to meet specifications and deadlines.
