Job description

6K Systems, Inc. is looking for a professional Virtual/Part-time Master Resilience Trainer to join our team!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Individual will support the Air Force with their initiative to provide Total Force Airman (active duty, guard, and reserve), civilian employees, and Air Force family members (civilian spouses and dependents of Airmen) with a basis for utilizing resiliency to the extent to which the Air Force community members can successfully meet the demanding challenges and stresses of a military lifestyle. Selected duties the individual will perform include:
  • Administer an end of course survey provided by the Government that is given to each student for each MRT, RTA, and RST awareness course events.
  • Provide the Government all completed surveys.
  • Provide a hard copy of the survey to every student. Participation will be contingent to the student's cooperation. Completed surveys will be collected by the onsite government representative.
  • Provide the hosting installation leadership an in-brief consisting of the schedule of instruction, material being presented, introduction of their team and any pertinent information pertaining to the training event when requested.
  • Conduct the courses listed below:
    • Virtual Five day Master Resilience Trainer Course
    • Virtual Three day Specialized Resilience Training (RT)
    • Conducting courses virtually either CONUS or OCONUS

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
  • Must have at least two years of experience in training and/or education, preferably with online instruction
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working with populations and resilience programs in the US military
  • Instructors with resilience education experience is desired
