Proactively building positive relationships with residents and maintenance teams also contributes to a smoother work environment.

What does a Resident Property Manager do?

A Resident Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential rental properties, often while living on-site. Additionally, they may be involved in leasing units, screening prospective tenants, and managing budgets for the property.
