Snow removal- $20.00
Property Manager work - $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer service-oriented individual to join our team and live on-site as a Property Manager / Caretaker / Janitor. This is a part-time position offering approximately 20 hours per week as manager and 8 hours per week as Caretaker / Janitorial with the convenience of living on-site.
Management Responsibilities:
โ€ข Leasing apartments and conducting tours
โ€ข Responding to resident inquiries and concerns
โ€ข Coordinating move-ins and move-outs
โ€ข Rent collection and basic administrative duties
โ€ข Monitoring property appearance and curb appeal
โ€ข Working closely with maintenance staff and management
โ€ข Ensuring lease compliance and community standards
Management Qualifications:
โ€ข Previous property management or leasing experience preferred
โ€ข Strong communication and organizational skills
