Position Overview
Carlo Inc. is seeking a skilled and proactive Resident Property Manager to join our thriving 65-unit apartment community in Lake Balboa. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting daily operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, and enhancing the overall living experience within our communities.
What We Are Looking For                                                                            
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • At least one (1) year of experience in apartment management.
  • Strong foundation in sales and leasing.
  • Excellent credit history is required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Knowledge of Yardi and Craigslist is preferred.
  • Demonstrate clear, courteous, and polished communication with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
As a Community Manager at Carlo Inc., your primary responsibilities will include:
