Resident Medication Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Resident Medication Assistant. This is a great opportunity for nursing students!

Schedule: Full Time and Part Time

Salary: $17.00 - $18.50/hour - based on experience

Resident Medication Aide Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed
  • Assist in monitoring the medication program
  • Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents

Resident Medication Assistant Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Two (2) years of resident care experience and medication management and/or training required
