The Grand Healthcare is seeking a reliable and flexible Resident Driver to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for transporting residents to and from doctor’s appointments and other scheduled activities. You will play a vital role in ensuring residents have safe and timely transportation while adapting to changing plans and schedules.

Whether for short-term rehabilitation or long-term care, we ensure every individual receives the attention and resources they need to achieve their highest level of independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport Residents: Safely transport residents to and from doctor's appointments and other scheduled activities, including dialysis runs that may start as early as 4 AM.

  • Adaptability: Accommodate changes to the schedule and adapt transportation plans as needed.

  • Ensure Comfort & Safety: Provide a comfortable, safe, and caring environment during transport for all residents.

  • Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and facility staff to ensure all needs are met.

  • Helping within the Facility in down time.

Resident Driver Requirements:

  • Flexible Availability: Must be available for early shifts, including some as early as 4 AM for dialysis runs.

  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.

  • Dependable & Responsible: Strong problem-solving skills with a dependable and responsible work ethic.
