NEW HIRING RATEย $25.18 Hourly with Sign On Bonus up to $1,000
Residential Setting ~ Flexible hours as needed with shift differential in evenings and weekends ~ Monday -Friday 8a-4p
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED and minimum 3 years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required; Bachelor's degree and previous supervisory experience preferred or a combination of education and experience that in the opinion of the reviewing agency, exceeds the above standards of the program. Valid NYS driver's license with 12 months driving history.

SUMMARY: Supervises staff and residents and oversees the operation of assigned sites by performing but not limited to the following duties:

  • Participates in the development and assures compliance of Individual Service Plans, including but not limited to Residential Habilitation Plans, the Level of Supervision Care and Monitoring Guides/Protective Oversight for Treatment Team approved as necessary or required.
  • Interviews, hires, trains and supervises all approved direct care positions in compliance with all agency and departmental policies.
  • Oversee residents' finances, medications and healthcare needs to assure compliance with agency policy and regulatory requirements.
