We're looking for a compassionate and dependable Resident caregiver to join our senior living team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on support to residents while building meaningful relationships that enhance their quality of life.

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
  • Support residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning
  • Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition to the nursing team
  • Assist with meal service, hydration, and resident engagement throughout the day
  • Help maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living environments
  • Document resident care and services accurately and timely
  • Support community activities and encourage resident participation
  • Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
  • Deliver exceptional resident-centered care while preserving dignity and independence

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum six (6) months of caregiving, resident assistant, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred
  • CNA certification preferred but not required
  • Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and daily care needs
  • Current CPR certification preferred
  • Must successfully complete all required state and company training
  • Must pass required background screenings and employment eligibility requirements
