The Dining Room Attendant's (Bus Person) main responsibility will be to clear and reset tables in the restaurant and other dining areas. They will also help servers and other staff members as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clear tables by removing used plates, glasses, silverware, and napkins
  • Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware
  • Preparing dining areas: Decorate tables with candles, napkins, and flowers or other items as directed.
  • Assisting servers: Help run food when servers are busy
  • Clean side stations, floors, and furniture
  • Stock and maintain side stations with tableware and condiments
  • Refill water glasses and other beverages

EDUCATION & SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and accident prevention
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Ability to obtain a Food Handler Safety Card
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
