About Us:
Oggie’s Sports Bar & Grille, located inside The Lodge at Deadwood, is a high-energy restaurant known for great food and exceptional service. We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Morning Food Expo to help ensure our guests receive accurate, timely, and well-presented meals.

Position Summary:
The Food Expo (Expeditor) serves as the communication link between the kitchen and front-of-house team. This role is responsible for organizing tickets, coordinating food orders, and ensuring dishes are complete and meet quality standards before being delivered to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage food tickets during service
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared accurately and presented properly
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers
  • Organize and prioritize orders for timely delivery
  • Garnish and plate food as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line
  • Assist with light food prep or side work when needed
