Team Member - Airport Operations
Fresh Dining Concepts, LLC
Location: Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (Multiple Locations)
Fresh Dining Concepts is a leading franchisee of GoTo Foods, the franchisor for Auntie Anne's, Carvel, Cinnabon, and Jamba Juice. We operate multiple locations across the United States, including several high-volume units at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, serving travelers every day. We are seeking energetic, dependable Team Members who thrive in fast-paced airport environments.
Position Summary
The Team Member is responsible for the preparation, presentation, and service of Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, and/or Jamba Juice products while delivering outstanding guest service in an airport setting. This role also includes maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards while complying with airport security regulations and Fresh Dining Concepts, LLC policies.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
  • Prepare dough, lemonade, butter, dips, Cinnabon items, yogurt, fresh fruit, smoothies, bowls, and juices following brand and airport food safety standards.
  • Roll, twist, dip, shape, bake, blend, and package products efficiently in a high-volume airport environment.
  • Prepare specialty pretzels, Cinnabon products, and Jamba Juice smoothies and bowls to brand specifications.
  • Operate ovens, warmers, blenders, and related equipment safely and correctly.
  • Monitor ovens and product quality for correct bake times, temperatures, and presentation.
  • Prepare drinks and bag orders accurately while adhering to TSA and airport safety requirements.
  • Greet and serve airport guests professionally, recognizing time-sensitive travel needs.
  • Suggestively sell and upsell menu items to maximize guest satisfaction and sales.
  • Operate POS systems accurately with minimal voids; handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.
  • Serve samples in accordance with airport and brand guidelines.
  • Set up, break down, clean, and sanitize equipment and workstations for opening and closing.
  • Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and airport security procedures.
  • Wear airport-approved uniforms and identification badges at all times.
  • Maintain punctuality for scheduled shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Follow all Fresh Dining Concepts, LLC policies and applicable federal, state, local, and airport regulations (OSHA, TSA, FDA, local health department, EEO, ADA).

Required Qualifications
  • 0-1 years of food service or retail experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance/badge as required.
  • Current food handler certification, or ability to obtain certification within required timeframes.
  • Basic math, reading, and communication skills in English.
  • Strong guest-service mindset with a positive attitude and ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Flexible availability to meet airport operational hours.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and airport security regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in airport food service or high-volume environments.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, tablets, handheld devices, and retail technology.
  • Understanding of food safety practices in regulated or secure facilities.
