Job Summary:
As a Host/Hostess at the Schaffer's Mill, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail will help create a friendly and inviting atmosphere that reflects the high standards of our country club.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome members and guests as they arrive.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the flow of guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized entrance and dining area.
  • Provide menus and inform guests of specials and promotions.
  • Answer phone calls and take reservations with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist with seating and accommodate special requests from guests.
  • Collaborate with the dining staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Uphold the country club's standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
