Responsibilities:

  • Open the door for guests.
  • Keep lines from forming at the door.
  • Answer incoming reservation calls.ย 
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, lobby, and dining room.
  • Complete reservations in the computerized reservation system.ย 
  • Keep abreast of all food & beverage venues and menus.ย 
  • Complete assigned opening, ongoing, and closing sidework
  • Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.ย 
  • Answer the telephone and facilitate guest requests.ย 
  • Notify Manager of all guest complaints
  • Using the table management system, manage incoming reservations and venue floor.ย 
  • Conduct restroom checks everyย 
  • Knows our menu as well as servers.
  • Assist with daily administrative work as per direction of the manager.ย 
  • Performs any and all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests as well as all levels of employees in both verbal and written form in a professional manner.ย ย 
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.ย
