What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent client experiences and keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

  • Helping clients find storage solutions that fit their needs
  • Managing front desk operations customer, inquiries and property tours
  • Confirming reservations and completing rental agreements
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Keeping the property clean, organized, and client ready
  • Conducting daily inspections of storage units and property

  • Customer service or sales experience is an asset
