Title: Patient Recruitment Specialist
Position: Full-Time, 40 hours
Based at: TCR - Greenville
Position Summary: Recruitment Specialist will be primarily responsible for identifying potential patients and speaking with them to determine eligibility and interest in TCR trials under the direction of the TCR Recruitment Manager.

- Experience with electronic medical records preferred but not required
Primary Accountabilities:- Call potential candidates to assess study qualifications.
- Schedule eligible candidates for screening appointments.
- Data mine databases for potential study candidates.
- Respond to ad campaign referrals.
General Accountabilities:- Update patient information in Clinical Conductor, CRIO and eCW
- Organize recruitment call/follow-up list.
- Track patient referrals and telephone encounters in eCW.
- Respond to company website inquiries.
