Become a Key Player as a Research Program Manager

You will lead program coordination efforts that improve visibility, consistency, and delivery across the research and product equity function. Youโ€™ll work with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to track priorities, unblock work, and ensure insights and deliverables are shared on schedule. This contract role supports the organizationโ€™s operational execution and stakeholder alignment.

  • Support coordination of cross-functional initiatives between the research team and partner teams
  • Track milestones, deliverables, timelines, and program plans across multiple workstreams
  • Maintain status updates, documentation, and program artifacts
  • Identify risks or blockers and escalate to appropriate stakeholders
  • Ensure follow-ups and next steps are captured and executed
  • Coordinate preparation, review, and delivery of research materials and stakeholder engagement tracking
  • Manage content pipeline tasks: timelines, contributors, and review cycles for thought leadership and POVs
  • Support standardization efforts and track adoption of processes and quality benchmarks
  • Coordinate development of case studies and maintain a structured repository
  • Provide ad hoc operational and coordination support for team and leadership initiatives
Hereโ€™s What Youโ€™ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or project support roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and following up on deliverables
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience
