  • Develop differentiated, winning strategies in coordination with technical, pricing, and executive leadership
  • Support capture planning, solution shaping, and proposal development as needed
  • Evaluate opportunities and maintain relevant pipeline

Contract Vehicle Management & Compliance

  • Serve as the internal owner for assigned contract vehicles, ensuring ongoing compliance, reporting, and readiness
  • Monitor vehicle requirements, on-ramps, off-ramps, and task order release patterns
  • Ensure alignment with FAR/DFARS requirements and agency-specific policies
  • Coordinate with contracts, finance, and program teams to maintain strong performance metrics

Teaming & Industry Engagement

  • Leverage existing industry relationships to identify and form strategic teaming partnerships
  • Promote ReLogic Research as a prime or key teammate across relevant vehicles
  • Engage with primes, small businesses, and government stakeholders to position the company for future awards
  • Represent ReLogic at industry days, matchmaking events, and customer engagements

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting Government Services Contract Vehicles (e.g., AMCOM EXPRESS, EWAC, SeaPort NxG, OASIS+, or similar)
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and capture within the federal GovCon space
  • Strong understanding of IDIQ/MAC vehicle structures, task order competitions, and compliance requirements
  • Experience conducting incumbent analysis and competitive intelligence
  • Established industry network with primes, small businesses, and government customers
  • Strong communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, contracts, and executive teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting DoW R&D and engineering services customers
  • Experience in small business or SBA-certified environments (8(a), mentor-protege, JV structures)
  • Familiarity with Huntsville-area defense organizations and acquisition offices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus)

Why ReLogic Research

  • Opportunity to shape growth strategy at a fast-growing defense technology company
  • Direct access to executive leadership and decision-making
  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
  • Collaborative, mission-focused culture committed to technical excellence and integrity
