Job description

We are currently seeking a Property Reputation Coordinator
The Property Reputation Coordinator plays a key role supporting online property reputation, digital presence, and occupancy growth initiatives across a large portfolio of communities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for supporting transitions, ensuring reputation connections, maintaining accuracy across online platforms, coordinating with vendors, managing digital asset and reputation management tools, and ensuring timely updates to community specials.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment. This individual is skilled at managing multiple priorities independently, comfortable with repetitive tasks, enjoys problem-solving, and demonstrates strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through/troubleshooting skills. This role is focused on execution and operational coordination & does not include social media content creation responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
  • Maintain and update community specials across local listings, CRM platforms, community websites, and paid advertising channels.
  • Prepare monthly Rehab Reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct comprehensive online presence audits for new communities, including review of phone lines, tracking tools, photos, concessions, paid listings, and local listings to ensure proper setup, accuracy, and optimization.
  • Lead virtual review calls with regional and onsite management teams, presenting findings from audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve ongoing performance.
  • Coordinate digital asset claiming, transfers, and system connections for local and social listing platforms.
  • Track and maintain list of upcoming property acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Coordinate with regional teams and website providers to ensure all required deliverables are provided
  • Coordinate setup/deactivation of reputation tools for newly acquired/transferred communities.
  • Coordinate vendor/departments training, including scheduling, communication, and reminders
  • Track training attendance and compile monthly participation report to share with senior leadership.
  • Conduct Company training on best practices for review generation across multiple platforms
  • Support additional operational projects that contribute to occupancy growth and performance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience in reputation management, property management, or a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, Google Workspace, and Canva.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with site teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and drive improvements
  • Strong presentation, training, and communication skills (virtual and in-person)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in reporting and audits
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities

Compensation: Full-Time - $28.00 - $30.00 an hour
