Job description

34 Broad Street, Charleston, South Carolina 29401Job DescriptionThe Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving online growth through the development, execution, and continuous optimization of data-driven digital marketing strategies. This role manages digital channels, oversees website and vendor relationships, analyzes campaign performance, and supports brand consistency across digital platforms. The Digital Marketing Manager collaborates with internal teams to align digital marketing initiatives with business goals, increase engagement, improve conversions, and support new development and community-level marketing strategies.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Drive search engine optimization (SEO), email acquisition, social media campaigns, and SEM initiatives.
  • Create and manage paid video, display, and paid search campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn and other digital channels.
  • Edit videos and photos for digital advertising.
  • Develop SEM campaigns, keyword strategies, display advertising, pixel retargeting, and Google Tag Manager maintenance.
  • Conduct bid management analysis and make adjustments based on performance data.
  • Manage campaign budget tracking, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Create and implement growth strategies through digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assist and collaborate in media planning recommendations.

Website, Content & Digital Platforms

  • Oversee website updates and manage vendor relationships.
  • Update website content and escalate website fixes with vendors as needed.
  • Manage website landing pages and the Virtual Sales Assistant (VSA).
  • Manage marketing phone numbers and routing to appropriate locations.
  • Manage and maintain all social media accounts related to advertising.
  • Act as the brand identity gatekeeper across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with team for creative concepts and messaging with internal creative teams.
  • Implement and manage audience nurturing lists and develop marketing automation strategies for communities.

Analytics, Reputation & Listing Management

  • Use Google Analytics and other reporting tools to analyze and evaluate digital marketing campaign performance.
  • Identify trends and optimize spend and performance based on data insights.
  • Manage ratings and reviews through the organization's reputation management platform.
  • Oversee reputation management and respond daily to online reviews.
  • Conduct audits for senior living directories.
  • Manage listings for third-party referrers and Google Business Profile listings.
  • Support marketing and digital strategies for new development projects.
  • Collaborate on cross-departmental marketing projects.
