Job Summary:
The Social Media & Reputation Manager is a senior individual contributor within iQor's Strategic Communications and Business Amplification team, responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and performance of iQor's corporate social media presence and digital reputation programs.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Communications, this role owns all aspects of corporate social engagement and reputation management across global channels. This includes strategy development, editorial planning, content creation, creative briefing, publishing, analytics, social listening, risk monitoring, and response coordination. Unlike marketing-driven campaign support, this role focuses on corporate messaging, executive visibility, culture storytelling, industry positioning, and brand reputation.
The ideal candidate is a strategic yet highly hands-on operator who independently manages high-visibility social programs in a complex, global corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive corporate social media strategy aligned with executive messaging, corporate communications priorities, culture storytelling, employer branding initiatives, and industry positioning.
  • Own and manage the corporate editorial calendar across all global corporate channels, ensuring alignment with Communications, Events, Creative, Internal Communications, and other company stakeholders.
  • Personally draft, edit, and publish social content across platforms, maintaining a consistent corporate voice, executive-level tone, and brand integrity.
  • Develop detailed creative briefs and video briefs, guide storyboarding and visual direction, and collaborate closely with the multimedia Creative team to produce high-quality content.
  • Manage end-to-end publishing workflows, including distribution planning, platform optimization, UTM creation, tagging, and performance tracking.
  • Design and lead iQor's social listening and digital reputation strategy, including tool management, configuration, and ongoing optimization.
  • Conduct daily monitoring of brand mentions, executive visibility, sentiment trends, industry conversations, and emerging reputational risks.
  • Coordinate with Communications leadership to develop response guidance for sensitive or high-risk scenarios and draft/publish responses as appropriate.
  • Translate listening and engagement insights into actionable recommendations that inform proactive content strategy, executive positioning, media outreach, and crisis preparedness.
  • Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks aligned with corporate communications objectives; analyze engagement data, audience growth, share of voice, and sentiment metrics.
  • Deliver regular reporting and strategic insights to Communications leadership, continuously refining content and engagement strategy based on performance data and evolving platform trends.
  • Provide guidance to executives and cross-functional stakeholders regarding social positioning, digital visibility opportunities, and reputation considerations.

Skills Requirements:
  • 7-10+ years of experience in corporate social media, digital communications, or reputation management.
  • Proven experience independently owning and managing corporate social strategy in a high-visibility organization.
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with the ability to adapt tone across executive, corporate, and culture-focused messaging.
  • Strong experience developing editorial calendars and managing full publishing workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with social listening and monitoring tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, including UTM tracking, platform analytics, sentiment analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Experience managing brand risk and sensitive engagement scenarios.
  • Ability to develop creative briefs and guide multimedia production effectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently without direct reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience working across global teams and time zones preferred.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Physical Requirements:
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or status as a qualified individual with a disability or Vietnam era or other protected veteran.
