Digital Marketing Coordinator

Travel: Up to 25% throughout Florida

Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the company's digital marketing initiatives across multiple HVAC, plumbing, and home service brands. This role manages social media, content creation, online reputation, and digital marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, engage customers, support recruiting efforts, and generate qualified leads.

Working closely with Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Recruiting, the Digital Marketing Coordinator creates engaging content, manages the company's online presence, and helps execute marketing initiatives that drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, comfortable capturing content in the field, and has experience in the home services or skilled trades industry.

Essential Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms. 
  • Capture photos and videos from job sites, technicians, company events, customer testimonials, and community activities. 
  • Develop graphics, videos, and written content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, recruiting, and company culture. 
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent branding across all company brands. 

Social Media & Reputation Management

  • Manage business social media accounts and engage with customers across digital platforms. 
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews across Google Business Profile, Facebook, Yelp, Angi, BBB, and other review platforms. 
  • Monitor customer sentiment and identify opportunities to strengthen the company's online reputation. 

Marketing Support

  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, website updates, promotions, recruiting events, and community outreach initiatives. 
  • Partner with Operations, Recruiting, and branch leadership to gather field content and support employer branding efforts. 
  • Track campaign performance and recommend opportunities to improve engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility. 
  • Travel up to 25% throughout Florida to visit branch locations, job sites, recruiting events, trade shows, and community events to capture content and support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, communications, or content creation. 
  • Experience managing business social media accounts. 
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills. 
  • Experience creating photo and video content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools. 
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling platforms. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, or Home Services industry
  • Experience supporting multiple brands or locations. 
  • Photography and videography experience. 
  • Experience supporting recruiting, employer branding, or community engagement initiatives.
