Speedie Recovery of South Florida is looking for a reliable, professional, and organized Front Desk / Office Assistant to join our team.
This is a fast-paced office position, so we need someone who is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, communicating with customers, and staying organized throughout the day.
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally
  • Assist customers at the front desk
  • Schedule vehicle redemptions and appointments
  • Handle paperwork and data entry accurately
  • Communicate with recovery agents, lot personnel, and office management
  • Respond to emails and client requests
  • Maintain organized files and records
  • Assist with personal property and vehicle release procedures
  • Perform general administrative and office duties
  • Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers and coworkers
