Speedie Recovery of South Florida is looking for a reliable, professional, and organized Front Desk / Office Assistant to join our team.

This is a fast-paced office position, so we need someone who is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, communicating with customers, and staying organized throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls professionally

Assist customers at the front desk

Schedule vehicle redemptions and appointments

Handle paperwork and data entry accurately

Communicate with recovery agents, lot personnel, and office management

Respond to emails and client requests

Maintain organized files and records

Assist with personal property and vehicle release procedures

Perform general administrative and office duties

Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers and coworkers

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Comfortable working in a busy environment

Good computer and typing skills

Detail-oriented and organized

Able to multitask without losing accuracy

Professional attitude and appearance

Able to handle difficult or upset customers calmly and professionally

Previous office, receptionist, customer service, towing, repossession, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

This is not a work-from-home position. You must be dependable and able to report to the office as scheduled.
