Automotive Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer
$1,500 SIGN ON BONUS!
Growing national auto auction company! Automotive Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer opening! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience as a rental car damage inspector, insurance appraiser/adjuster, collision/body shop estimator, auction vehicle inspector, dealership vehicle appraiser, or related inspection/appraiser experience is preferred.

Work Hours for Automotive Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer

Responsibilities for Automotive Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer
  • Review vehicle inspection data and photos to write detailed condition reports.
  • Identify damage, wear, or discrepancies using guidelines and industry standards provided.
  • Ensure reports meet internal quality control standards and client requirements.
  • Work with field staff and inspection teams to clarify findings when needed.
  • Submit timely, polished reports that support vehicle sales, leasing, or valuation processes.
  • Complete 20 to 25 condition reports daily.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

Requirements for Automotive Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer
  • Able to work outside during all weather conditions.
  • Able to bend, reach, stand, walk and lift up-to 20 lbs. without difficulty.
  • Regular and consistent availability and attendance.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, for duration of employment.
  • Need to pass pre-employment screening.
