Job Summary:
Next Generation, Inc, an Equal-Opportunity Employer, is seeking an experienced Oracle Reports Developer with expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex reports and integrations to support our HCM system, specifically for Payroll and Benefits.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop and maintain Oracle reports for HCM Payroll and Benefits using Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and other reporting tools.
โ€ข Design and implement integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to streamline data flow between HCM and other systems.
โ€ข Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
โ€ข Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports.
โ€ข Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports and integrations to improve performance and reliability.
โ€ข Provide technical support and training to end-users on report generation and usage.
โ€ข Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices in report development and integration.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
