Report Developer

A leading biotech company seeking a Report Developer as consultant to troubleshoot problems and questions from end-users regarding reports and reporting functions. The ideal candidate is strong technically and has expert analytical skills in the areas of data extraction, report generation, and information visualization.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business and technical leaders to plan, develop, implement, and analyze complex SAP Crystal Report for Regulatory information Management system.
  • Design integrated reporting and analytics solutions to ensure an optimal and efficient user experience and functionality, integrity, and reliability of systems.
  • Serve as a technical team member in collaborating with business operations, IT applications and technical teams to translate business requirement into technical requirements. Communicates clearly and effectively to others using all communication forms. Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers and teams with whom they work.
  • Perform highly complex quality assurance testing, design and run SQL queries for enhanced and complex products and regulatory application data access.
  • Will be responsible for plan, develop, and write documentation of design and deployment processes, workflows, and results with little guidance.
  • Must willing to follow Good documentation practice followed at GxP regulated Industry and document the work properly for future reference.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in health care information technology, computer science, or related area, and/or equivalent combination of experience/training.
  • Expertise in the understanding complex data model and a good working knowledge of how the application(s) collect and store data.
  • High proficiency in SAP Crystal Report development and SQL query development.
  • Advanced analytical skills and expertise in documentation and reporting, with the ability to apply metrics, design and run queries, collect and analyze performance data, and produce sophisticated reports and analyses for management use.
  • Knowledge on integration technology like API implementation is desirable.
  • SAP Crystal report administration experience is plus but not desire
  • Having an in-depth understanding of regulatory system or business workflows of supply chain is plus but not desire.
