Replicate Counseling Center is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. This full-time telehealth position allows you to leverage your expertise in providing therapy virtually, ensuring accessible mental health care without geographical limitations. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in offering therapeutic support predominantly during daytime hours from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individual, couple, and family clients, implementing evidence-based practices tailored to each unique situation.
  • Facilitate virtual family and child counseling sessions, ensuring compliance with medical necessity criteria while addressing clients’ specific challenges.
  • Develop and lead psycho-educational groups and workshops focusing on parenting skills, emotional regulation, and other relevant topics to enhance client engagement and support.
  • Complete comprehensive documentation of all therapy sessions, including client case notes, program forms, and statistical data required for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing of reimbursable hours to meet contractual obligations, while maintaining compliance with insurance requirements and organizational guidelines.
