Position Overview

Replicate Counseling Center is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in a full-time telehealth capacity. This role offers the opportunity to provide therapy to a varied clientele, including children and adults, from the comfort of a remote setting. As a vital member of our outpatient clinic, you will play a crucial role in supporting the mental health and well-being of our clients by delivering tailored psychological services and collaborating with a diverse team of professionals.

Work Environment

This position will be entirely remote, allowing for flexible work hours primarily from Monday to Friday during the daytime. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Replicate Counseling Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting virtual therapy sessions tailored to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on developing therapeutic strategies that address clients' specific challenges.
  • Providing counseling services to families and children that meet medical necessity criteria, ensuring compliance with best practice standards.
  • Creating and facilitating psycho-educational groups, parent training sessions, and other relevant classes aimed at empowering clients and fostering community support.
  • Completing all necessary client documentation, including case notes, progress reports, and other statistical data in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Meeting contractual obligations by managing billing processes and maintaining a determined number of reimbursable therapy hours.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with diverse clients, including children dealing with behavioral issues, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families seeking support for various mental health concerns. Your expertise will contribute to improving their overall mental well-being, empowering them to manage their challenges effectively.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is mandatory.
  • Current licensure as an LMFT in the state of Washington is required.
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in counseling services, with a focus on family and relationship dynamics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of client case management are accurately addressed.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, especially regarding maintaining thorough documentation and achieving billing targets.
Preferred Experience

While the minimum experience required is three years, candidates with a background in telehealth and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms will have an added advantage. Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and trauma-informed care will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
