The supportive work environment encourages collaboration among peers, provides clinical supervision, and promotes professional development through regular training and team meetings, all conducted in a virtual format that facilitates work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT at Replicate Counseling Center, you will:

  • Deliver effective virtual therapy sessions, providing individual, group, and family counseling tailored to clients’ specific needs.
  • Conduct assessments for children and families to determine medical necessity for mental health services.
  • Facilitate psycho-educational groups and workshops, including parenting classes and other relevant programs designed to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client documentation, including charting, reports, and statistical data essential for compliance and quality assurance.
  • Meet agreed-upon contractual obligations by billing for a specified number of reimbursable hours, ensuring proper payment for services rendered.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children and adults facing various mental health challenges. Your work will emphasize evidence-based practices to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and trauma. The role is designed to create a compassionate and safe space for clients, allowing for personal growth and recovery.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as an LMFT in the state of Washington.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in counseling services, particularly with families and couples.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high standards of care.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to documenting services and billing for hours effectively.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities (e.g., EMDR, CBT, DBT) and experience with virtual therapy platforms will be considered advantageous. Any familiarity with community health environments and experience working within integrated care settings will also enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, reflecting your experience and dedication to helping clients achieve their mental health goals. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a robust 401k plan with company matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and sick leave, life insurance coverage, and an exciting profit-sharing program. We are also pleased to offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team!
