Job description

Role Purpose
This role is responsible for overall department performance, sales forecasting, fulfilling buying receipts, inventory maintenance, vendor communication, shipment tracking, managing assortment and product life cycle.


Organizational Contribution & Influence
This role serves as a merchant contact in coordination with Planning, Sourcing and Marketing teams. They collaborate with Production and DC teams to ensure shipment delivery and maintain product quality.    

Key Responsibilities

-Achieve global and regional category sales targets

-Achieve or exceed target gross margin for your categories

-Manage OTB and stock cover
-Manage markdowns for you category/department

-Protect inventory on Top Sellers at all times by working top down when selecting styles to forecast, taking into account seasonal builds and debuilds

-Negotiate discounts and best deliveries on reorders

-Enter purchase orders

-Review and report on selling

Skills & Experience

-3-4  years of experience as Associate Buyer level or above

-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Shopify experience is a plus

-Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

-Team player and ability to work collaboratively

-Proactive - We want to hear your big ideas

Salary range: 85-90k
