Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Home Repair Specialist who takes pride in quality workmanship and is experienced in drywall, concrete, and general residential repairs. This role will help restore and finish homes after plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work while ensuring every customer receives 5-Star service.
Position Overview
As a Home Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for completing drywall, concrete, painting, patching, and other general home repairs resulting from service installations and repairs. You will work alongside our field teams to ensure each job is completed professionally, and the customer's home is left looking its best.
Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and finish drywall, including patching holes, replacing damaged sections, taping, mudding, and texturing.
  • Perform basic concrete repairs, including patching, filling, and finishing.
  • Complete general home repairs and finish work following HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
  • Repair and restore walls, ceilings, floors, and other areas affected by service work.
  • Perform basic painting and touch-up work to match existing finishes.
  • Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials for each job.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at job sites and in company vehicles.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and respect their homes and property.
  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in drywall, concrete, remodeling, construction, or general home repair preferred.
