Job Description:
As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to perform pressure cleaning, roof cleaning, and paver sealing services for residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
 • Perform pressure cleaning, roof cleaning, and paver sealing tasks using specialized equipment and techniques.
 • Conduct site assessments to determine the scope of work and required resources.
 • Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed during each job.
 • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
 • Train and mentor new team members on best practices and safety procedures.
 • Maintain equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
 • Document job progress and completion details accurately.

Requirements:
