Our co-founders are Azamat Khamidov and Benazir Toleubekova. Azamat built a Telegram AI product from zero to five million users in four months, the first acquisition inside Telegram. Benazir received a full scholarship to Beijing University of Technology at 15. Joined Taobao at 17. At Alibaba, she architected the core recommendation engine serving 500M daily users.
What You'll Do:
As a Business Development Rep at Sirius, you'll conduct omnichannel cold outreach to generate net-new introductory sales calls and opportunities. You'll often be the first point of contact for projects - successful BDRs are persistent in outreach/followup, highlight pain points, clearly communicate Sirius' value, and create a customer-centric buying experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Generate and maintain outbound book of business through effective prospecting, persistent omnichannel outreach, and strong organizational skills
  • Set discovery sales meetings for assigned account executive
  • Meet and exceed weekly activity KPIs
  • Consistently research prospective companies in order to identify net-new logos, understand pain points, and create personalized pitches
  • Closely collaborate with account executive to both establish and refine outbound playbook using quantitative data

Qualifications:
  • Preferably 6+ months experience in entry level sales role or other role with transferable sales skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think both logically and creatively - logical thinking required to develop a repeatable sales motion, while creative thinking needed to handle in-the-moment challenges
  • Goal-Driven mindset to ensure weekly KPIs and quotas are met, combined with grit and optimism to overcome frequent rejection
  • Experience using a variety of modern tech sales tools - some tools used include Salesforce, Nooks, Zoominfo, SalesNav, and more
