SAP Business Solutions Specialist II (CRMB/IS-U)

Sirius Talent is seeking an experienced SAP Business Solutions Specialist II for a long‑term onsite opportunity in the Tampa, FL area. This role is ideal for a business systems professional with strong SAP CRMB/IS-U experience, project coordination capabilities, production support expertise, and a proven ability to operate within fast‑paced enterprise environments supporting critical customer operations.

This individual will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, supporting incident management, requirements gathering, testing coordination, solution enhancements, and enterprise application support initiatives across customer service and billing functions.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday

  • Duration: Initial 6-Month Assignment with Contract-to-Perm Potential

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Coordinate and prioritize production support incidents, service requests, and enhancement activities across multiple business and technical teams
  • Perform incident triage, escalation coordination, tracking, and resolution management through ServiceNow/Service One environments
  • Gather and document business and system requirements from cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Create and support UAT test cases, test plans, test execution, and validation activities
  • Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery initiatives within enterprise SAP environments
  • Participate in solution enhancement efforts, upgrades, impact assessments, and deployment activities
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, interfaces, test results, and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with business partners to improve operational efficiency and identify process optimization opportunities
  • Assist with forecasting, reporting, roadmap discussions, and enterprise solution planning activities
  • Build functional understanding across SAP CRMB/IS‑U modules and related business ecosystems
  • Support customer service and billing operations through ongoing application and process support activities
Required Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in Business Management, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Communications, Mathematics, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting customer service operational technology solutions
  • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting SAP CRMB/IS‑U solutions within one or more of the following areas:
    • Customer Service
    • Billing & Rates
    • Finance & Credit
    • Device Management
  • Experience with:
    • Requirements gathering
    • UAT test case creation and execution
    • Incident triage and lifecycle management
    • Production support
    • SDLC methodologies
    • Cross‑functional stakeholder coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and shifting priorities within fast‑paced enterprise environments
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
