Now hiring for a Warehouse Associate Location: Coppell, TX Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM

Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience required Strong attendance and reliability record Experience working in a team-oriented warehouse environment preferred Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to follow safety procedures and warehouse policies

Job Duties: Operate a floor scrubber to maintain warehouse cleanliness Collect and dispose of warehouse debris and trash throughout the facility Build repack boxes and assist with repackaging projects Organize inventory and maintain designated storage areas Support returns processing and material movement Keep docks, workstations, and warehouse areas clean and organized Transport trash and recyclable materials to designated disposal locations Assist with general warehouse operations as needed

Physical Capabilities: Lift up to 50 pounds safely Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Perform physically active work in a warehouse environment Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards

Additional Requirements: Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required No headphones permitted on the warehouse floor No cell phone use while working Reliable transportation required Must be available to work the full Monday-Friday schedule with no conflicts Willingness to support all warehouse functions as needed Must maintain excellent attendance, especially during the first 90 days
