We're on the lookout for a Quality Associate to ensure every product meets Four Hands' high standards before it reaches our customers. In this role, you'll be performing detailed inspections and collaborating with team members to quickly resolve any product issues. This is a great opportunity to directly support Four Hands' commitment to excellence, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. 
Shift Time: 5AM - 2PM, Monday to Friday & 7AM - 4PM, Monday to Friday

In This Role

  • Conduct thorough product inspections, document findings, and capture photos using our warehouse management systems on computers and tablets 
  • Identify and report product issues, such as splits, cracks, dents, finish flaws, color inconsistencies, material defects, and packaging problems 
  • Utilize barcode scanners for accurate inventory management
  • Operate a variety of tools daily, including hand tools, power tools, touch-up materials, and packaging materials
  • Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and, if trained, forklifts or pickers to move products
  • Unpack, rework, and repack products to their original condition as needed
  • Accurately identify items on all paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading
  • Assist with unloading and loading containers or trailers as required
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person

  • 1+ year of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours
