As a Rental Rep, your primary responsibility is to develop new client relationships and grow revenue within your market. This is a business development role focused on creating opportunities, building trust, and developing a client portfolio over time.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Generating your own leads and business opportunities
  • Building and managing your own portfolio of clients
  • Meeting with prospects and clients in person regularly
  • Developing relationships with:
    • Production Managers
    • Lighting Designers
    • Producers
    • Technical Directors
    • Production Companies
    • Venues
    • Event Agencies
    • Corporate Event Teams
    • Other entertainment and live event professionals
  • Attending productions, networking events, industry gatherings, and client meetings
  • Identifying opportunities where Christie Lites can support upcoming productions and events
  • Growing existing client relationships while continuously developing new ones
