Facilities Maintenance & Renovation Technician
Automotive Repair Shops | Full-Time
We are a growing automotive repair company looking for a skilled, dependable, and adaptable Facilities Maintenance & Renovation Technician to help maintain, repair, and improve our shop locations.
This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and takes pride in fixing, building, and improving things. If you're the type who can look at a problem and figure it out - we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple automotive repair shops
  • Maintain and repair vehicle lifts (training provided if needed)
  • Handle general building maintenance (walls, doors, flooring, fixtures, lighting, plumbing, etc.)
  • Paint and renovate shop interiors and exteriors as needed
  • Repair deficiencies identified during inspections or day-to-day operations
  • Assist with minor remodels and renovations
  • Coordinate with management on priorities and timelines
  • Ensure shops remain safe, clean, functional, and professional

What We're Looking For
  • Strong handyman / maintenance background
  • Mechanically and technically inclined
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • Comfortable using tools, power equipment, and troubleshooting issues
  • Self-motivated and dependable - you don't need to be micromanaged
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks across multiple locations
  • Valid driver's license (travel between locations required)

Nice to Have (Not Required)
  • Experience with automotive shop equipment or lifts
  • Electrical, plumbing, or HVAC exposure
  • Construction, remodeling, or facilities maintenance experience
  • Welding or fabrication skills
