Job Summary
Five Star Bath Solutions specializes in fast, high-quality bathroom renovations, completing most projects in just two days. We are currently looking for dependable and hardworking Production Helpers to join our installation team as a W2 or 1099 team member. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and hands-on experience in construction or general labor who are looking to grow their skills in the home improvement industry.
As a Production Helper, you’ll assist our lead installers in transforming bathrooms by performing demolition, material handling, site prep, cleanup, and basic installation support. We’re looking for reliable team players who are ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a high-performance crew.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Site Preparation & Cleanup:
  • Help with setup and breakdown of tools and materials each day.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Remove old fixtures, drywall, and debris as part of the demolition process.
Material Handling & Basic Install Support:
  • Move and position materials such as panels, tubs, fixtures, and tools.
  • Assist installers by holding, positioning, and securing parts as needed.
  • Take basic measurements and make material adjustments under supervision.
Hands-On Support:
  • Follow directions from lead installers and help with various tasks throughout the day.
  • Assist with waterproofing and sealing applications.
  • Support minor plumbing adjustments (e.g., removing/replacing drain covers, faucets).
Safety & Teamwork:
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
  • Work efficiently alongside teammates to keep jobs on schedule.
  • Be punctual, respectful, and dependable on job sites.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
  • 1+ year of experience in construction, renovation, or general labor preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced installers.
Skills:
  • Basic tool use (hand tools and power tools).
  • Understanding of safety protocols on construction sites.
