As a Virtual Mental Health Therapist, your primary duties will include:

• Providing ethical and compassionate counseling to a diverse range of clients via telehealth services.
• Identifying the mental health needs of stable, low-acuity adults and collaborating with them to create tailored therapy goals.
• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitating client self-awareness by helping them explore their thoughts, emotions, and relational dynamics.
• Monitoring client progress throughout the therapeutic process to make adjustments as necessary, ensuring effective coping strategies are integrated.

This position primarily focuses on providing mental health care to low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various life challenges such as stress, anxiety, and relationship issues. Your expertise will enable clients to navigate these concerns effectively, enhancing their emotional resilience and overall quality of life.

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD) in the state you will practice.
• A clean disciplinary record with no restrictions on your licensure.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients.
• Proficient with technology and comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms for client sessions.

• Experience working in a teletherapy setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with various psychotherapy approaches, particularly solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral modalities.
• Prior experience working with low-acuity adult populations is advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Our compensation package includes:
