• Utilize the telehealth platform to provide counseling sessions via secure audio and video chat, ensuring a professional and confidential environment for clients.
• Manage your client calendar and adjust appointment times based on your availability and client needs.

As a therapist with Advocate Healthcare Services, you will focus on assisting adults with low-acuity mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief. Our platform is designed specifically for adults; thus, you will not work with children or patients dealing with severe mental health crises. This targeted focus enables you to utilize your specialized skills tailored to understanding and managing these conditions effectively.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Full Independent LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license in the state of Oregon.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and equipped with a working phone and PC or laptop (tablets are not compatible).

• Exposure to remote counseling platforms and technology is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Experience working with adult populations with mild to moderate mental health issues.
• Demonstrated ability to use online tools for tracking client progress and therapy goals.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise. Additionally, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, enabling you to prioritize your well-being.
