We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and customer-focused Remote Hospitality and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with coordinating travel and hospitality experiences while supporting marketing initiatives designed to promote destinations, accommodations, and vacation experiences.

You will communicate with clients, research travel options, coordinate reservation details, and assist with digital content and promotional efforts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, customer service, organization, social media, and creative communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and coordinate travel options including hotels, resorts, transportation, activities, and other hospitality services
  • Prepare and organize quotes, proposals, reservation details, and itineraries
  • Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and respond to general inquiries
  • Coordinate with hospitality and travel partners to confirm bookings and arrangements
  • Assist with creating and scheduling travel and hospitality-related content for social media and digital platforms
