Responsibilities- Make an impact from day 1
- Quote and close inbound and outbound leads all day using a proven talk path
- Put your Allstate product knowledge to work from day one
- Hit daily and monthly production targets
- Show up sharp to coaching sessions and accountability check-ins
- Keep clean records in the agency CRM
Requirements- Active P&C or Personal Lines License, in force on the day you apply
