Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the clinical care of assigned patients, providing expert guidance and supervision to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct individualized or group therapy sessions tailored to each clientโ€™s unique needs, completing thorough assessments and maintaining comprehensive treatment logs.
  • Manage a diverse caseload of patients, addressing a broad spectrum of psychological needs and challenges.
  • Employ advanced assessment skills to evaluate patients and their families, working collaboratively to devise and implement effective intervention plans.
  • Utilize clinical expertise to navigate crisis situations, providing therapeutic interventions and crisis management with compassion and professionalism.
  • Deliver personalized counseling services, including individual, couple, or family therapy, identifying when to refer clients to specialists for additional support.
  • Assess the psychological needs of patients within the primary care unit, creating actionable plans and conducting follow-up evaluations to track progress.
  • Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations and integrate findings into the overall care strategy.
  • Document strategy outlines, progress updates, and amendments as necessary, ensuring that educational and supportive resources are available for patients and their families.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your patient population will consist of individuals facing a variety of psychological challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is critical in providing empathetic support and effective treatment strategies that empower clients to improve their well-being and achieve greater independence.

Qualifications
  • Applicants must possess a masterโ€™s degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
  • Licensure is required, with candidates holding current credentials such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of $90,000 to $135,000, commensurate with experience and licensure. In addition to a robust salary, we offer:
