Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools and methodologies.
• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions focused on addressing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions aimed at improving communication dynamics, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relational cohesion.
• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that outline specific objectives, interventions, and measurable outcomes in collaboration with clients.
• Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, offering immediate support and guidance to clients facing severe mental health challenges.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available resources to enhance awareness and understanding.
• Ensure meticulous maintenance of confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Uphold the ethical guidelines and legal mandates governing the counseling profession, prioritizing client confidentiality and informed consent in all interactions.

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse client base across various demographics. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits

Health Healing Counseling Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience.
