Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients.
  • Exemplification of compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude in client interactions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle a caseload while maintaining high standards of care.
  • No history of disciplinary actions from any licensing boards.
