Key Responsibilities

• Conduct secure and confidential teletherapy sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing our advanced telehealth technology.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans aligned with their therapeutic goals.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support when necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Guide clients in navigating community resources, social services, and support systems that promote their overall mental health and quality of life.
• Maintain thorough and accurate confidential electronic documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the continuity and quality of care for clients.
• Empower clients through education on coping mechanisms, self-care strategies, and effective communication skills, fostering their resilience and independence.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in the field of clinical social work and teletherapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Oasis of Hope, you will work primarily with diverse clients facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial challenges. Your role is crucial in providing therapeutic intervention to individuals of all ages, enhancing their mental well-being and fostering positive life changes.

Qualifications

• A current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia or the state where you practice.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in clinical social work, showcasing a strong background in individual and group therapy.
• Proficiency in telehealth software and platforms, along with a willingness to adapt to new digital tools.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills tailored for effective remote interactions with clients.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical, confidential, and professional practices in all client interactions.
• Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and adapt to a flexible schedule accommodating clients across multiple time zones.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in crisis intervention and brief therapeutic interventions.
• Familiarity with community resources and networking within the local social services framework.

Compensation and Benefits
