Job description

Production Worker Highlights: New increased competitive pay rates for straight shifts. $14.00 - 2nd/3rd Shift $12.50- 1st shift 2nd and 3rd shift available (NO rotating!) $500 Bonus for prefect attendance paid over 3 months Climate controlled environment Temp to perm positions with eligibility at 90 days Upon permanent hire, pay increases to $14.85 with a progressive raise plan up to $19.55. Some overtime available Production Worker Duties: Assist with assembly line and production line operations to mass produce automotive components or modules Collaborate with others to resolve quality issues and implement repair/ containment procedures for recurring defects Adhere to company safety, quality, efficiency and cost reduction practices Requirements Production Worker Requirements: Must be able to work rotating 3rd shift schedules Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check Previous work experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment is preferred but not required
