Envision Behavioral Wellness Coaching is looking for dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to join our dynamic team. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance while working during regular business hours of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our telehealth facility provides you with access to advanced digital tools to facilitate engaging and effective therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
  • Implement proven therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other techniques tailored to the individual requirements of each patient.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with regulatory guidelines such as HIPAA to ensure patient privacy and quality of care.
  • Collaborate proactively with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and enhance comprehensive care options for patients.
  • Engage in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to promote collective learning and ensure high standards of care.
  • Provide education and resources to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions and available support systems.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements within the mental health sector to continuously improve the quality of your services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong, therapeutic relationships and provide empathetic support.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize solution-focused therapeutic interventions effectively, ensuring care is tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
